At Pascarella Accounting Group, LLC we welcome and appreciate your referrals and to show our appreciation for sharing your
confidence in us, we have developed the Client Referral Program,
an exceptional program designed to reward you for your recommendation.
Why did we create this program?
Prospects who have been referred by
you, our valued client and best judge of our quality, will have
already heard about our reliable and exceptional services. There is no better way for us to prove
our capabilities than to have them told by someone who has experienced first-hand
what we can do and how we can provide our service to the best interest for our clients.
This is our way of thanking you for your help.
How does this program work?
Our Clients Referral Program's incentive plan is very straightforward:
mention us to colleagues, associates, friends,
and other businesses! Bring us new business and when the
client hires us for:

Their taxes needs, you will get a 20% credit on your tax preparation or, if already
filed for you, you will receive a check in the mail for $20 once the referred client had
submitted payment for services rendered (you can decide to collect the referral
fee OR to have us apply the current tax preparation discount to the referred
client, in which case you will forfeit the referral fee);

For bookkeeping services, you will get a $50 credit on your next two months of service
or, if we don't maintain your books, we will mail you a check for $100 once the prospective client retains our services and paid the first invoice.

To refer a prospective client to Pascarella Accounting Group, LLC you may call us at (203) 235-1341 with the contact information and we'll do the rest.
Awarding of Incentives:
- Referral fees are generally awarded within 2 weeks of final payment from the referred
client or as a discount at the time services are rendered to our clients;
- There is no limit between the time of the referral and the time the contract is signed. If you make a referral that leads to a contract years later, the fee will still apply;
- A referral fee may be split when multiple parties refer
the potential new client;
- Any fees awarded as material payments
may be considered taxable income.
In the Event of a Dispute:
If there is any dispute over a fee,
Pascarella Accounting Group, LLC will be the sole arbiter, subject to the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Effective Date:
This program has been in effect since January 2009.Pascarella Accounting Group, LLC reserves the right to amend or cancel the referral program at any time.
